The NAUTIS Fishing Simulator contains a content and functionality package that provides functionalities specific to fishing operations, such as fish schools, lines, booms, nets, winches and emergency arrangements. Training instructors can place fish schools of any desired type into simulation exercises. The type of fish, dimensions, total tonnage, movement as well as its position, depth, velocity and direction can be determined. The same flexibility exists for multiple obstacle types as well as bottom types.

The fishing package includes a realistic simulation of dynamics from nets, tackles, booms and winches. You are also provided with a fishery panel and a 3D under water view available for instructors, in order to demonstrate what is happening to nets, fish schools and any obstacles.
